If you have yet to experience a gong bath,
we encourage you to give it a try, either in person, distance or via zoom. Each and every wellness session provides something a little different, facilitating relief and release from stress and blockages.
For zoom sessions, good quality headphones or earbuds are advised... this will definitely provide the most intimate experience of sound. Set yourself up in a quiet place where you will be undisturbed for 60-90 minutes. Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and have a blanket and pillow handy!
