Anger SOS Relief

Help is minutes away! Go some place where you can be alone and undisturbed for about 15 minutes. I recommend closing your eyes and listening with headphones. However, if this is your first time you might be curious and want to watch the pictures. That's fine. Once you experience the benefits, you will be able to surrender to my voice easier each time you listen. Trust me, you have nothing to lose.

Wow, extremely helpful. I woke up feeling angry today - not fun, ugh. Just happened upon this meditation and the anger has released significantly. I am feeling once again first hand how anger is impermanent and so good not to act on. Thank you!!
